We deliver leads from platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business (GMB), Twitter/X, and other online sources, including "ready-to-buy," "prospected," and manually researched leads.
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work and under what conditions they may be considered.
1. Clarification of the 14-Day Closing Challenge
Our promotional statement "Close Clients in 14 Days" is a motivational challenge, not a guarantee.
It is designed to inspire consistent action and disciplined outreach.
It is NOT a guarantee of:
- Closing a client
- Achieving any specific result
- Earning any specific income
- Obtaining a refund based on sales performance
Client closing depends on many external and individual factors, including:
- Your communication and follow-up
- Your offer quality
- Sales skills and consistency
- Market conditions
- Personal work behavior
Because these variables are outside our control, we do not guarantee that you will close a client within any set timeframe.
2. What We Actually Guarantee
We guarantee:
- Delivery of the leads you purchase
- Leads matching your niche and specified criteria
- Accurate data to the best extent possible from public sources
- Support in the form of:
- Sales strategies
- Outreach scripts
- Follow-up frameworks
- Insider techniques for closing
- Market insights
We provide guidance and tools, not guaranteed outcomes.
3. No Refunds Once Leads Are Delivered
Due to the digital and irreversible nature of data:
All sales are final once leads have been delivered to your email.
This includes:
- Lead lists
- Prospected leads
- Ready-to-buy leads
- Any research-based or extracted leads
- Scripts, strategies, or internal documents
Once delivered, the value cannot be reversed—therefore the order becomes non-refundable.
4. Exceptions (Limited Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered)
A refund may be reviewed—not guaranteed—in the following rare cases:
4.1 Duplicate Leads (Above 40%)
If more than 40% of leads are verified duplicates.
4.2 Incorrect Niche Delivered
If the leads provided do not match the niche or criteria you requested.
4.3 Lead Quantity Below Package Terms
If you received fewer leads than promised in your package.
4.4 Non-Delivery
If leads were not delivered at all, after full verification.
Only these four conditions qualify for review.
5. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Failure to close clients
- Personal expectations not being met
- Lack of outreach or follow-up
- Stopping work mid-process
- Changing your mind after delivery
- Misunderstanding the marketing challenge as a guarantee
- Issues arising from your offer, messaging, or sales process
Leads Engine is not responsible for individual performance or external variables.
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved under the exceptions listed above:
Refunds are processed within 40 days from the date of approval.
This timeframe allows for:
- Data verification
- Internal auditing
- Payment gateway processing cycles
- Compliance reviews
7. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
To submit a refund request, email:

Include:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
- Proof of the issue (screenshots, lists, evidence)
- Order ID or invoice
Refund review takes 3–7 business days, but payout—if approved—will be processed within 40 days.
8. Acceptance of This Refund Policy
By purchasing from Leads Engine, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Results vary by individual
- The 14-day challenge is motivational, not guaranteed
- Delivered leads are non-refundable
- Refunds require strict eligibility and evidence
- Refund processing takes up to 40 days
