4. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion within 30 days of initial purchase

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Data Usage and Lead Generation

Leads Engine uses publicly available data sources to generate leads. You acknowledge that: (a) all lead data is sourced from public information, (b) you are responsible for complying with applicable laws when contacting leads, (c) we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of lead information, and (d) you must respect opt-out requests and anti-spam regulations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, technology, and functionality of Leads Engine, including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Leads Engine and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes only.

7. AI and Automated Services

  • Our AI technology is designed to assist with lead generation and qualification
  • AI-generated content and recommendations are provided as suggestions only
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach communications
  • We continuously improve our AI algorithms but do not guarantee specific results
  • Human oversight is recommended for all automated communications

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We provide customer support through multiple channels and aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours during business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use our services inappropriately. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but these terms will continue to apply to any prior use.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

  • You must comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents for data processing

  • Leads Engine is not responsible for your compliance with local regulations
